Big Moose Camp Big Moose Camp is located on Lake Nosbonsing and has 13 cottages, a trailer park with 6 fully serviced lots and 15 tent lots. Activities involve hunting and fishing, (packages and guides are offered). Winter activities involve ice fishing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. There are boat, paddleboat, and canoe rentals, docking and launching facilities, bait and tackle. An American plan is offered. Cottages have private baths and some with fireplaces. There is a central bath facility for campers. All cabins have central heating. No air-conditioning. Bedding is supplied, but please remember to bring your own towels. |

Hilltop Cottages and Campground The Ottawa River is home to various fish species including muskie, bass, northern pike, and walleye among many other species. Our accommodations on this hillside campground overlook the beautiful scenery of the Ottawa river and the woodlands of Quebec. We are a 2 minute drive from the entrance to the quiet North side of the Algonquin Park, where you can explore the unspoilt beauty of Ontario's number one national park. Take one of our canoes and visit the true nature of the Algonquin. 2 Winterized One bedroom cottages our cottages are fully equipped, comprising one bedroom, open plan lounge with pull out double bed, kitchen, dining facility for 4, bathroom with bath shower, toilet and sink. Both have a large deck with BBQ TV and DVD bedding and towels, toilet paper, soap etc. included one cottage has a double bed in bedroom, the other has twin beds. |

Opimika Wilderness Camp & Cottages Get back to the wilderness at Opimika Wilderness Camp & Cottages. We are the only establishment on Troutbait Lake, located approximately 90kms from North Bay off Hwy. 63. Fish hunt, ATV & snowmobile. A year round, fully equipped lodge. For even more privacy, try our outpost cottage, fully equipped on Emerald Lake, 2 1/2kms from the lodge. You have access to over 30 lakes within a 10km radius of Opimika. Fish for walleye, northern pike, bass & trout. Deer, moose and bear hunts available, call for rates. The lodge is approximately 20kms from the OFSC Toptrail which gives access to snowmobiling across Canada. Whether it's family vacation on the wilderness or a hunting destination, ATV or snowmobile trail, Opimika has it all. Spring, summer, fall or winter. Opimika is a 4 season, fully equipped lodge. |
