We are on the mainland at the mouth of the Sturgeon River and Lake Nipissing, with access to the French River. Welcome Lodge Nipissing Welcome Lodge is located in the Canadian shield which boasts rugged rock formations, majestic pine trees and beautiful scenery. All of the cottages overlook the sheltered waters of the West Arm which provides the perfect setting for both fishermen and families alike. With its 1/2 mile of shoreline, 130 acres of land and thousands of acres of adjacent Crown Land, privacy and serenity abound. The miles of sheltered waterways of the West Arm are a fisherman's delight, even when the weather refuses to cooperage. The West Arm, Lake Nipissing, and the French River are well known for their pickerel (walleye), bass, northern pike, muskie, whitefish and pan fish. As all are easily accessible from Welcome Lodge, the choice is yours. With a variety of quality boats and motors, gas, and fresh live bait, we can cater to all your fishing needs. A launching ramp and excellent docking facilities are available for those who wish to bring their own boats. |

Enjoy all the different winter sports. Let your children have their own fun in the horse camp. Moreover, spoil yourself with the cuisine of our new restaurant. In addition, there is something else you can do in our lodge: nothing. Situated on a gently sloping shoreline you will find yourself in park-like surroundings and any feelings of stress will be replaced by feelings of peace and tranquility. Well-tended lawns, cobblestone, attractive perennial gardens and loads of shady trees complete the overall impression of the lodge. We offer you 11 two bedroom cottages plus one large five bedroom cottage. No matter if our guests are a couple, a small or large family or a fishing, a hunting or a snowmobile crowd - we will accommodate them appropriately. All cottages are overlooking the water , have a fully equipped kitchen and, large dining and living areas, offer a offer a four piece bath, are equipped with W-Lan,. They are equipped with an outdoor gas grill, picnic table, a set of Adirondack chairs and a private boat slip with electricity.
